Plan for successful phone calls!

At Hatha Communications, we understand that a phone call is an opportunity to make an impression.  Whether that’s making a media pitch to a reporter, preparing a client for a phone interview or presenting a client or ourselves to create a partnership or make a sale.  As such, we thought these 5 tips for successful phone interactions would come in handy to you!
 
1) prepare bullet points for what you will say in advance
2) do something to make yourself cheery beforehand – people can hear your mood!
3) Get to the point
4) create relevance for the person on the other line
5) Be ready to answer questions
